Lot Clearing in the Upstate

Lot Clearing in the Upstate

Lot clearing can consist of brush, privet, saplings, and other plant life. Some land may be overgrown with invasive species or may have just been neglected for far too long.

Cleared to your standards

Others may be required to be cleared for a new construction. If you need land or a lot cleared for whatever reason, contact us and we will do our best to get everything cleaned up to your standards. We have the proper equipment to get the trees removed and any underbrush forestry mulched or extracted.

Fence lines, pasture edges, wooded lots for a house or a garage, and back yards you have not been able to use in years all come to us. Tell us what the land is for and we will clear it to fit.

Questions people ask

What happens to the brush and small trees?

Underbrush is forestry mulched in place or extracted and hauled, depending on what you want the ground to look like. Larger trees are cut and removed, and stumps can be ground.

Can you clear a lot for a new house?

Yes. We clear building sites, driveways and fence lines. Bring your site plan to the estimate and we will clear to the lines.

How big a lot can you handle?

From one overgrown back yard to several wooded acres. The equipment list on our about page is what we bring.
